These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and bd303 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, content, and features offered through the bd303 platform, including the official website, mobile application, and any associated digital channels.
